Tonight, my one and only, you wear the stars in your hair; I wear them in my eyes. I have surprises planned, all designed to delight. We will dance and we will fly as we do so—as freely and as powerfully gracious and as joyfully as any two who have ever danced. We will walk along the water in the warm night and laugh.
We will gaze out on the horizon and eternity will gaze back. We'll stay and watch, forever.
And whatever challenges, vagaries, blessings, curses, miracles or tragedies Life may bring in the time to come—in the center of my heart, I shall remain unscathed.
