From the moment we met, I knew I recognized her from somewhere—somewhere.
It comes to me at times for less than a second. It's a full glimpse. I can see it, feel it.
But it's such a quick flash, I can't get a clear grasp of it.
A place, a time--somewhere, I have seen her.
She occasionally laughs at me, kidding that we knew each other in another life.
"Lovers, no doubt," she teases.
"No doubt." I say.
We have been together for quite awhile. We know, just know, it's for good—forever.
Like it was before, like it's always been, like it always will be. Somewhere.
