Books have been a guidepost throughout my life; although, there are times I feel I haven't really gotten to where I needed to go—wanted to go.
Maybe they've been more like helpful companions, sharing insight but not telling the whole story, even when I thought they were.
I'm hoping that when I die, it's in bed starting chapter one of the first book of a ten-book series. That will give my Soul something to do while contemplating heaven and hell.
